Christian accepts briefs in a broad range of matters including:

Christian has practised in a wide variety for more than a decade in all Victorian Courts including the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, County Court, Magistrates’ Court and VCAT. He has practised predominantly in personal injuries and common law.
Before coming to the Bar, Christian worked as a Senior Lawyer at the Royal Commission into the Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability.
For more than 5 years Christian worked at Maurice Blackburn and Zaparas Lawyers where he obtained compensation for hundreds of injured plaintiffs from diverse backgrounds. He conducted damages trials, serious injury and other interlocutory applications, statutory benefits disputes and appeals in all Victorian Courts.
Prior to that, he was a Solicitor in the Workplace Relations Branch at the Workplace Relations Branch at the Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office.
Christian was admitted to practise in March 2011, having completed his Articles at Bazzani Scully Brand Lawyers, where he gained experienced litigating a variety of commercial and employment disputes in all courts and VCAT.
