Welcome our new list member Rohan Phelps
Lennon’s List Barristers welcomes our new list member, Rohan Phelps.
Rohan practices predominantly in common law with a particular focus on personal injury, product liability, and insurance law.
Before coming to the Bar, Rohan worked as a Senior Associate in the General Insurance team at Wotton Kearney. Rohan acted as the solicitor with conduct in a range of public and product liability claims across the Victorian jurisdictions, including advising on indemnity issues. Rohan also worked as a solicitor at DLA Piper in the Litigation & Regulatory team, focusing on general insurance matters. This included an extensive Dust Diseases Practice.
Rohan has appeared unled in the Victorian County and Supreme Courts, as well as the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
Rohan also worked as an Associate at DAC Beachcroft in London, primarily working on the Grenfell Tower Public Inquiry and related civil litigation proceedings.
Rohan holds a Bachelor of Laws with honours from the University of Melbourne, as well as a Bachelor of Arts and an Associate Performance Diploma (Piano).
Rohan is reading with Mr Daniel Wallis and his senior mentor is Ms Barbara Myers SC.
