Victoria practices in civil litigation with a focus on personal injuries, WorkCover and TAC matters.
Victoria attained a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from the University of Melbourne in 2010. Shortly thereafter, she completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law and was admitted to practice in May 2010. She also obtained a Practitioner’s Certificate in Mediation in 2011.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Victoria practiced as a solicitor. She worked in the Workplace Insurance Services department at Herbert Geer Lawyers and Thomson Geer Lawyers from 2012 to 2016. She was called to the Bar in October 2016.
Victoria has a broad range of litigation experience in the Magistrates’, County and Supreme Courts, both led and unled. She also has extensive negotiation experience and is available to draft a range of paperwork.
Victoria’s mentor was Maria Tsikaris. Her senior mentor was Paul O’Dwyer SC.
