Sasha has over 18 years experience at the Bar. She practices mainly in common law, general insurance, professional negligence and personal injuries litigation including industrial accidents, transport accidents and public liability matters.

Sasha is experienced in appearing alone in jury trials, including in public liability and industrial accident cases. She practices primarily in the County and Supreme Courts, and has also appeared in the Court of Appeal.

Sasha has acted for Councils in Road Management Act matters and insurers in property damage cases. She appears for both plaintiffs and defendants in serious injury applications, common law trials and third party indemnity (recovery) proceedings.
