Natasha comes to the Bar with an extensive history in personal injuries and civil litigation.
From her admission in Victoria in 2002 until coming to the Bar, Natasha worked in personal injuries insurance, specializing in workers’ compensation common law litigation.
Natasha became a Partner of the Accident Compensation Litigation team at Hall & Wilcox in 2012 representing the Victorian WorkCover Authority and self-insurers. In 2013, Natasha became the Self-Insurance Relationship Partner. Natasha developed her statutory benefits knowledge and her understanding of self-insurers in her role as Special Counsel at Sparke Helmore.
Natasha’s experience in personal injuries includes statutory benefits litigation, serious injury applications and damages trials together with motor vehicle claims.
Natasha has acted for various clients in personal injuries matters, coronial inquests, disciplinary hearings and discrimination matters.
