Felicity practises in personal injury and family law.
Within her personal injury practice, Felicity accepts briefs in workers’ compensation (both State and Commonwealth), transport accidents, public liability, medical negligence and coronial inquests.
As a solicitor, Felicity spent over 10 years representing the Victorian WorkCover Authority in both common law and statutory benefits proceedings. She was made an Associate whilst in-house at the VWA and worked as a Senior Associate at Hall & Wilcox and then Wisewould Mahony. She has litigated claims in the Magistrates’, County and Supreme Courts (including the Court of Appeal). Immediately prior to coming to the Bar, Felicity practised in the area of Commonwealth workers’ compensation, acting for self-insurers in claims before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. Felicity commenced her legal career working as a Judge’s Associate in the County Court in the civil jurisdiction.
