Christine Boyle is an experienced advocate practising primarily in Common Law. Her main areas of practice are Workcover, TAC, public liability and professional and medical negligence.
Christine acts for both plaintiffs and defendants and appears regularly in damages trials, serious injury applications, mediations and statutory benefits proceedings.
In 2016 Christine was a damages assessor of claimants in the Kilmore and Murrundindi bushfire class actions. In 2017 and 2018 she is briefed to appear on circuit as well as in the Metropolitan courts.
Before coming to the Bar, Christine was a solicitor at Freehill Hollingdale and Page (now Ashurst), Rigby Cooke and for a major international funds manager in its Melbourne, London and Paris Offices.
