Christian practises in common law, insurance and personal injury matters for both plaintiffs and defendants.
Before coming to the Bar, Christian gained extensive litigation experience in common law damages, serious injury applications and statutory benefit claims in the Magistrates’ Court, County Court, Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and VCAT over 6 years.
He also has a broad variety of civil litigation experience, having acted for plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation, professional negligence, class action and employment law matters. He also has experience working as a Senior Lawyer with the Disability Royal Commission and in the Workplace Relations Branch of the Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office.
