Catherine has a commercial and common law practice with a particular focus on medical negligence and personal injury.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Catherine was associate to His Honour Judge Anderson at the County Court of Victoria. During her associateship, Catherine gained experience in commercial trials, interlocutory applications, serious injury applications and directions hearings. In 2013, she was seconded to the Supreme Court of Nauru as Associate to Chief Justice Geoffrey Eames OAM QC.
Before becoming an associate, Catherine worked on a broad range of commercial matters at Strongman & Crouch solicitors in the areas of owners’ corporation disputes, regulatory investigations and general commercial litigation.
Catherine is a sessional lecturer in Business Law in the Masters of Business Administration program at Torrens University.
