Lennon’s List welcomes our new reader Benjamin Gahan on the 3rd of May 2019.
Benjamin Gahan has a common law practice with a particular focus on personal injury including medical negligence.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Benjamin was a Registered Nurse. He has had significant clinical experience in intensive care and mental health.
Benjamin is reading with Robert Harper. His senior mentor is Ross Gillies QC.

Peter Haddad has extensive experience managing both common law and statutory benefits personal injury claims, including Workers’ Compensation, Transport Accident, Public Liability and appellate cases.
Peter has practised in the Supreme Court (including Court of Appeal), County Court, Magistrates’ Court and VCAT.
Before coming to the Bar, Peter worked as a plaintiff personal injury solicitor for more than 8 years. Most recently, Peter worked at Shine Lawyers in the Melbourne CBD, where he was employed as an Associate and as the Acting Branch Manager during the first half of 2018.
