Prior to coming to the bar, Gavin practised for over 10 years as a solicitor, most recently at TAC Law and at Deacons where he was a partner. Gavin has experience appearing and advising in relation to common law and statutory requirements under TAC, Workcover, Comcare and the Wrongs Act.
