Practice at the Victorian Bar

Justin's practice at the Bar has given him the opportunity to argue some important cases, particularly in the areas of industrial and employment law, both at first instance and at appellate level.

Justin has had extensive appellate experience in both Federal and State jurisdictions. This has included being involved in four of the most important industrial cases to go to the High Court in recent times, namely, The Work Choices Case (2006) 229 CLR 1, Amcor v CFMEU (2005) 222 CLR 241, Gribbles Radiology v HSUA (2005) 222 CLR 194 and Bendigo TAFE v Barclay, which is yet to be heard and determined.
